These Terms govern access to and use of the Alliance Prominent website, candidate registration, job applications, recruitment services, career-related services, and related facilities. By using them, you acknowledge these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

1. Services and Website Use

Services may include candidate registration, opportunity communication, sourcing, application and interview coordination, assessments, employer communication, career assistance, and recruitment support. Use the website lawfully. Do not commit fraud, submit false information or forged documents, impersonate another person, access systems without authorisation, introduce malware, interfere with operation, or violate applicable law.

2. Eligibility and Applications

Candidates are responsible for checking vacancy requirements and providing accurate, complete, current, genuine, and non-misleading information. Submitting an application does not establish eligibility or guarantee progression. Recruitment may include registration, screening, assessment, interview, verification, employer review, and selection or rejection.

3. No Guarantee of Employment

Registration, application, assessment, interview, or communication does not guarantee an interview, selection, employment offer, salary, designation, location, joining, or continued employment. Final hiring decisions belong to the relevant employer. Vacancy information may change, be suspended, or be withdrawn.

4. Fees, Refunds, and Security

Applicable fees, purpose, payment method, refund conditions, and other terms should be communicated before payment. Payment does not automatically guarantee employment. Refunds are governed by specific written terms. Never share OTP, UPI PIN, ATM PIN, card PIN, internet banking password, or other confidential credentials.

5. Third Parties and Availability

We do not control third-party platforms or their content, security, privacy practices, terms, availability, or data processing. We make reasonable efforts to operate the website but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or always current service.

6. Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alliance Prominent is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from employer decisions, vacancy changes, ineligibility, inaccurate information, third-party failure, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Users may be responsible for losses or reasonable expenses arising from fraud, misuse, forged documents, false information, unauthorised use of information, breach of these Terms, or violation of law, to the extent permitted.

7. Privacy, Contact, and Governing Law
